High strength pre-applied fastener adhesive with
controlled Torque vs. Tension properties and excellent
vibration resistance under high temperature applications.
PRECOTE 85™ is a dual microencapsulated epoxy-acrylate
chemical adhesive. During the assembly process the
microcapsules are ruptured and the curing process
begins. Fast curing, turquoise colored PRECOTE 85 offers
very low coefficient of friction providing excellent Torque/
Tension results. It can be applied to internal and external
threaded fasteners.
